Elder Timothy L. Harris is the founder and Pastor of New Beginnings House of Prayer and Deliverance Center Inc., located in Philadelphia Pa. He and his wife First Lady Beverly L. Harris have been blessed in marriage for over 30 years, and have two sons and one daughter. They served in the military and civil service for  30+ years and the majority of their assignments and training in the ministry is a direct result of God making all things work together for the good of them that love the Lord. Elder and Sister Harris have been in ministry for many years and have found out that God is able.

Elder Harris was saved in the month of July 1981. His first Pastor was the Honorable Bishop Michael R. Cole, Pastor of Gospel Outreach C.O.G.I.C. in Grand Forks, North Dakota. The training and time spent under the leadership of Bishop Cole is Elder Harris’s foundation. After receiving and accepting the call to Ministry, Elder Harris was sent to Conway, S.C. There he was under the leadership of Elder James Lee, Superintendent and Pastor of Mason Temple C.O.G.I.C. It was at Mason Temple that Elder Harris was ordained and received the training that would be instrumental in his walk with the Lord. After serving almost 4 years at Mason Temple, Elder Harris was sent to Osan AB, Korea. He was appointed as Pastor of the Upper Room C.O.G.I.C. by Superintendent Herman G. Platt, and led both American and Korean saints in the service of the Lord. Elder Harris’ next assignment took him to Ft Walton Beach Florida-. There he served as an associate Elder and the district Mission President for Superintendent Eugene Banks, Pastor of Hollywood C.O.G.I.C. His next assignment took him to San Angelo Texas, under the leadership of Elder James Anderson, Pastor of New Jerusalem C.O.G.I.C. After 3 years Elder Harris was assigned to Philadelphia PA., where he served under the leadership of Overseer Gertrude Long, Pastor of the Miracle Revival Deliverance Center. Elder Harris became Pastor at Miracle in 2001. In March of 2006, God led Elder Harris to launch out and begin the New Beginnings House of Prayer and Deliverance Center Inc., and in April of that same year he conducted the first service at New Beginnings.
